Artist's Comments

the base of this image was for a Tutorial i made for 2dartist magazines August Issue... i took it and painted some stuff over it to make it what it looks like now.. maybe i am going to detail this one day.. heheh.. i always say that and detail never... painting roughly is just more fun.

This is really great, I like the loose style of art that manages to really capture the scene, without the need for intricate detail.

Putting the "laughter" in "slaughter".
That came out a bit more psycho than I intended.

Love it. I think the lack of fine details allows the viewer to make the art "their own". You can add details mentally to create your own story with the rough outline you have provided.

Sweet!
The light is so superb here, as well as the atmosphere.
I´d so love to see the tutorial T__T...

as I already told ya. Way more dynamic and interesting than the previous versions! Really cool atmosphere, like it a lot now!

Allthough I'd love to see some detailed stuff again, i agree pulling out rougher concepts is more fun ;)

Give us more!

Great work. I wish I could master this painterly technique. It's very expressive.
